Her care is holistic, comprehensive and realistic by nature and she feels very humbled to be able to share life’s journey with her patients and their families.

Nicole also holds a certificate in Natural Fertility Education. She has a keen interest in menstrual disorders, infertility, preconception care, pregnancy, birth preparation and the early post-natal phase for new mothers, babies and children – the whole family really!  She also particularly enjoys assisting couples who are having difficulty falling pregnant or who are undergoing assisted reproductive technology or IVF.

Gut Health

In 2019 Nicole completed her GAPS Practitioner training.  The term GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome.  It was coined  by Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride MD, MMedSci (Neurology), MMedSci (Human Nutrition) in 2004 after her experience working with hundreds of children and adults with neurological and psychiatric conditions, including autism spectrum disorders, ADD/ ADHD, schizophrenia, dyslexia, depression and other neurological problems. The GAPS protocol has also been shown to be effective in the treatment of digestive disorders including: irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and gastritis. Other conditions related to GAPS include: Fibromyalgia, allergies, eczema, migraines, autoimmune disease and arthritis.

Emotional and mental health

One of Nicole’s particular interests is with stress, anxiety and depression.  Stress and anxiety can impact your life, relationships, jobs, families and general enjoyment of life. It affects all of us at some point in our life. Natural medicine offers ways to help you over come and cope better with stress in your life.

Nicole will investigate the cause through thorough questioning, pathology testing, where necessary, and then help you by establishing regular eating patterns, providing advice on diet and lifestyle changes, supporting you with herbs and nutrients and flower essences.
